There is a minimum charge per job type within a same order:
- 155 feet or less from a cine film to VHS
- 110 feet or less from a cine film with music to VHS
- 135 feet or less from a cine film to DVD/Video CD
- 35 slides, photos, negs, or less to VHS or DVD
- The service “copy of an additional VHS or DVD from a transfer on VHS or DVD” is valid only if the additional copy is requested at the time of the original order, otherwise the regular rate applies.
- The magnetic tape of all cassette formats can be repaired. An extra cassette will be charged for the repair of a broken tape that needs a new box.
- There is a delay of 5 business days.
- Our responsibility, in the event of loss or damage, is limited to the cost of new, blank material.
