Studio Photo Service.
Based on a constant desire to push the limits of this magical and magnificent art that is photography, our actions and decisions ensure that we can offer you an unrivaled range of services. By making our photo studios available to you, we promote local creation. By allowing you to carry out all of your projects; from calibration in the shooting studio, to online photo printing, lamination and dry editing… Our experts and our hyper-modern laboratories will undoubtedly allow you to achieve your creative objectives. Restoration and colorization, photo and video transfers, retouching…. We offer you everything, because we have everything!
Special conditions.
If you need the cyclorama to be a color other than white, an additional fee of $500 will be charged.
Before leaving, the customer is responsible for checking the inventory, accompanied by the attendant. We ask that you inform us of specific needs in writing at least 48 hours in advance. (Example: Cyclo of a color other than white, catering service or makeup service, etc.)
Assurances.
Photo Service includes comprehensive insurance for the duration of the contract. Photo Service Ltd. will not be held responsible for breakages or thefts carried out on its premises for third party equipment. Please note that the customer is responsible for any repairs carried out due to improper treatment of the installations.
Reservation and cancellation.
The more in advance you book, the better it is for your project. Reservation implies full payment for your rental. Without this there is no reservation.
All reservation cancellations more than one week before the planned studio rental date may be refunded in full. If you cancel within a week of the scheduled rental date, we may consider reserving you another date, but the first step is that you lose your reservation and full payment.
Overtime and any other accommodation costs will be billed a maximum of 15 days after the rental day. We reserve the right to require a deposit in advance of the event to cover any additional costs. Overtime will be billed at a rate of $35/hour to $50/hour.
