With this policy we wish to ensure the greatest satisfaction and the best possible service to our customers. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within fourteen (14) days following the purchase of the material.

With this policy we wish to ensure the greatest satisfaction and the best possible service to our customers.
Returns
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within fourteen (14) days following the purchase of the material. The equipment must be in its original condition, with the manufacturer's packaging and all items included with the purchase. There will be no return shipping charges if you request an RMA number by email.
Photo Service reserves the right to apply a minimum restocking fee of 10% if the packaging or material is damaged or incomplete. The material must be checked and approved by a Photo Service Ltée sales advisor for the return to be accepted.
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase. If payment was made by credit or debit card, the cardholder must be present. It will also be necessary to allow a period of seven (7) to ten (10) days for the reimbursement to appear on the credit card statement.
Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, it will be impossible to offer a refund on the following items once opened:
- Films
- Photo paper
- Batteries
- Software and hard drives
- Chemistries
- Ink cartridges and printers
- Lamps and bulbs
- Training books and DVDs
Special order items (merchandise not stocked in store) cannot be returned, unless there is an order error on the part of Photo Service Ltée or if there is a defect with the equipment. Online purchases
Online shopping
Before returning merchandise purchased online, please contact us to obtain an Authorized Return of Merchandise (RMA) number at (514) 849-2291 or at the following email address: RMA@photoservice.ca. The return must be made within seven (7) days following the issue of this number. No returns of equipment will be accepted without an RMA number. All return policies are applicable to online purchases.
Return of the goods
All return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and we suggest using the package insurance service offered by most shipping companies. Photo Service Ltée is not responsible for loss or damage when the equipment is returned by the customer. The material must be packaged in a box suitable for transport to prevent damage and include the RMA number and a copy of the invoice.
Transportation costs
Transport costs are not refundable, except in the case of a delivery error or material defect reported within 7 days of receipt of the material.
